Sending an application or expressing interest in an Event does not mean automatic acceptance of participation, unless the Organizer explicitly stated otherwise.
The Organizer may apply place limits, reserve lists, payment requirements, qualification criteria, or manual acceptance of applications.
The Participant is responsible for the truthfulness of the provided data and for having the right to provide the data of accompanying persons and children.

Publishing an Event on the board is an additional visibility channel. The Service Provider does not guarantee a specific number of views, leads, ticket sales, or Organizer revenue.

The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, free-of-charge license to the extent necessary to store, copy, technically process, and display the Content on the Platform and carry out the functions selected by the User.

AI functions support the User in analyzing data, creating content, preparing responses, detecting potential risks, and planning actions.
AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific case. The User is obliged to evaluate them independently before use.
AI functions do not replace legal, tax, medical, financial, technical advice or the decision of the person responsible for the security of the Event.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Platform does not make exclusively automated decisions towards Users producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting them.
Access to AI functions may be subject to renewable daily, weekly, technical limits, or fair use policies. Limits may vary depending on the type of operation and the cost of its execution.
It is prohibited to use AI to generate content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, bypasses security measures, or massively automatically overloads the Platform.

The Organizer is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to personnel and for revoking access after the end of cooperation or the Event.
Links, tokens, and access codes to the Staff Pass should not be published or transferred to unauthorized persons.
The Service Provider may temporarily block an Account, token, or function in case of suspected security breach, abuse, attack, or access by an unauthorized person.
The User may not attempt to gain access to data, modules, and Accounts of other people, or conduct security tests without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
Platform Availability and Changes
The Service Provider develops the Platform and may introduce updates, patches, new modules, appearance changes, and technical changes.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, actions of infrastructure providers, force majeure, or reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider.
As far as possible, planned works causing significant unavailability will be communicated in advance.
The Service Provider may withdraw a function if it is justified by security, law, technology change, or termination of cooperation with a provider, while maintaining rules regarding paid services.
Liability
The Service Provider is responsible for the proper provision of Platform services on the terms resulting from applicable regulations.
The Service Provider is not the organizer of Events published by clients, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a given Event.

- content, prices, and promises presented by the Organizer;
- actions of the Organizer's personnel;
- use of data by the Organizer unlawfully;
- decisions made solely on the basis of unverified AI suggestions;
- lack of a specific number of views, leads, participants, or sales;
- problems resulting from the User's device, connection, or software.
No provision of the Regulations excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable laws.

Suspension and Termination of Use
The User may stop using the free Platform services at any time.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the provision of services when the User:
- grossly or repeatedly violates the Regulations;
- fails to settle due fees;
- violates the security of the Platform;
- publishes unlawful Content;
- uses the service contrary to its intended purpose.
If the nature of the violation allows it, the User may be previously requested to remove it.
Changes to the Terms
The Regulations may be changed in particular due to:
- change of law provisions;
- development or change of Platform functions;
- change of technology or providers;
- need to increase security;
- change in the service provision model.
The Service Provider will inform Users with an Account about significant changes in the Platform or by e-mail, with appropriate notice, if it is required.
The new version of the Regulations will be marked with the date of its entry into force.
Final Provisions
Polish law applies to the Regulations and Platform services, taking into account the absolutely binding rights of consumers and other entitled persons.
Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable regulations. This provision does not limit the rights of a consumer or an entrepreneur benefiting from consumer protection.
If any provision proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These public Terms do not replace detailed subscription terms, data processing agreement, training terms, or individual system implementation agreement under the client's brand.
